Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of AirReply ("the App"), provided by AirReply ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

AirReply is an Android application that displays a floating overlay on your screen and uses AI to generate reply suggestions for your conversations. The App uses screen capture functionality that you explicitly activate by tapping the bubble.

2. Accounts

• You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App.

3. Free Tier & Pro

• Free tier — includes 30 scans per month at no cost.
• Pro — unlimited scans, available as an in-app purchase.
• Scan counts reset at the start of each calendar month.
• We reserve the right to change pricing or tier limits with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Capture or process screen content that belongs to others without their knowledge or consent.
• Generate replies intended to deceive, harass, or harm any person.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party terms of service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App or its backend services.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure.

5. Screen Capture & AI Processing

The App captures your screen only when you explicitly tap the bubble. Captured text is sent to our AI backend solely to generate reply suggestions and is immediately discarded — it is never stored, logged, or associated with your account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and process any content visible on your screen at the time of use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks related to AirReply are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the App without our written permission. AI-generated reply suggestions are provided for your personal use and we make no ownership claim over them.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular situation. You use generated replies at your own discretion and risk.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party messaging apps visible on your screen, nor for any consequences arising from replies you choose to send.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirReply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated content or screen capture functionality.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
